  • IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, WE ARE ASKING THAT ONE REPRESENTATIVE FROM EACH TABLE PROVIDES US WITH THEIR NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS. THESE ARE FOR USE IN THE EVENT OF THE NHS NEEDING TO TRACK AND TRACE CUSTOMERS. HOWEVER, THIS IS OPTIONAL AND WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME WHEN TAKING YOUR DETAILS

(YOUR DETAILS WILL ONLY BE HELD ON FILE FOR 21 DAYS AND WILL ONLY BE ACCESSED BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF THE BELL. THESE DETAILS WILL NEVER BE STORED DIGITALLY, USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES OR PASSED ON TO ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY)

 

  • HAND SANITISER HAS BEEN PROVIDED AT THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT THAT ANYONE IS FREE TO USE. WE ALSO HAVE SANITISING STATIONS BEHIND THE BAR AND IN THE KITCHEN FOR STAFF USE

 

  • ALL TABLES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE HAVE BEEN SPACED AT LEAST 1m APART AND FURTHER APART WHERE POSSIBLE

  • WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A ONE WAY SYSTEM THROUGH THE BUILDING TO ENSURE EASE OF MOVEMENT WHILST SOCIAL DISTANCING

 

  • SOCIAL BOUNDARIES HAVE BEEN MARKED ON THE FLOORS IN THE RESTAURANT

 

  • STAFF HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO WASH THEIR HANDS EVERY 20 MINUTES OR BETWEEN TABLE SERVICES

  • ALL TABLES WILL RECEIVE TABLE SERVICE FOR FOOD AND DRINK

  • WAITING STAFF HAVE BEEN ASKED TO WEAR MASKS IN ORDER TO FURTHER MITIGATE ANY CLOSE INTERACTION THAT MAY BE NECESSARY WHILST SERVING YOU

  • OUR MENUS HAVE BEEN PRINTED ON PAPER TO ALLOW US TO USE THEM ONCE PER CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY ARE DISPOSED OF

  • CUTLERY IS WASHED, SANITISED AND POLISHED BEFORE BEING INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AND ONLY PROVIDED ONCE TABLES ARE SEATED

  • SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS ARE PROVIDED TO EACH TABLE ON REQUEST, ALLOWING US TO SANITISE AND CLEAN THEM BETWEEN EACH USE

  • SAUCES AND OTHER CONDIMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED IN INDIVIDUAL RAMEKINS UPON REQUEST. AGAIN, THESE ARE SANITISED AND CLEANED BETWEEN EVERY USE

  • REGARDLESS OF USE, THE BAR AREA IS CLEANED DOWN EVERY 20 MINUTES TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORKING AREA

  • WE ARE SERVING DRINKS IN GLASSES AND WHILST WE KNOW SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO REUSE THE SAME GLASS WHILST DRINKING, WE HAVE CHOSEN TO PROVIDE A FRESH GLASS FOR EACH DRINK TO ENSURE CLEANLINESS

 

  • TOILETS ARE CHECKED ON AN HOURLY BASIS FOR CLEANLINESS. DOOR HANDLES AS WELL AS TAPS AND FLUSH MECHANISMS ARE SANITISED DURING EACH CHECK

 

  • WE HAVE ALSO PROVIDED ANTI VIRAL WIPES IN THE TOILETS SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE THEM

 

  • OUR KITCHEN TEAM HAVE CREATED A NEW AND ROBUST SCHEDULE FOR ENSURING THAT SURFACES AND CONTACT AREAS ARE CLEANED ON A REGULAR BASIS IN LINE WITH THE FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY ADVICE

 

  • OUR KITCHEN ALSO HAS DESIGNATED SOCIALLY DISTANCED WORKING AREAS FOR THE INTERACTION BETWEEN WAITING STAFF AND KITCHEN STAFF TO ENSURE A MINIMUM OF CONTACT

WE WOULD ASK THAT EVERYBODY RESPECT THE PROCEDURES PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT EVERYONE WHILST ENJOYING THEIR TIME AT THE BELL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE IF WE FEEL YOU ARE NOT ADHERING TO OUR POLICIES
